AND THEN WE LOOKED AT TWO OTHER ALTERNATIVES THAT JUST TOOK LACEY LANE AND IMPROVED LACEY LANE, AND THEN THAT WOULD BECOME THE ONLY STREET THAT'S COUNTY OWNED AND MAINTAINED. AND AGAIN, THAT WAS WITH THE FLEX SPACE AND THE LIME SLURRY OPTIONS. AND THOSE BOTH CAME IN AROUND $1 MILLION WITH THE CONTINGENCY OF THE 30% CONTINGENCY. YEAH. IN THOSE YEARS WHERE IT SAT EMPTY AND WITH NO ACTION, THE THE FEW RESIDENTS THAT WERE THERE FROM THE ORIGINAL DEVELOPMENT DISSOLVED THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION.
